Case Management

If you’re HIV-positive, life can be complicated.  Keeping up with medications and doctor’s appointments, dealing with stress and depression, trying to make ends meet…it can be hard to keep track of everything! But we’re here to help.

The  BEAT AIDS Case Management Department is designed to provide Case Management Services to all Ryan White  and State Services qualified individuals without discrimination on the basis  of disability status, race, creed, color, age sex, gender, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, religion, ancestry, national origin, physical or mental handicap to include substance abuse, immigrant status, political affiliation  or belief, ex-offender status, unfavorable military discharge, membership in an activist organization or any basis prohibited by law.

The BEAT-AIDS Case Management Department has highly skilled and licensed personnel that provide a wide array of medical and social case management services to our clients. The Agency normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P. M.  However the Agency is prepared to schedule Clients during non traditional business hours by appointment. BEAT-AIDS provides comprehensive Case Management Services to include, Mental Health Counseling (Individual and Group), Support Groups, Client Advocacy, Emergency Financial Assistance, Food Vouchers, Medical Transportation Assistance, Health Education and Risk Reduction, and linkage to other community resources.
